The service

Cancha Wars is a real-time map of street vendors around 2026 World Cup stadiums. Fans browse for free. Vendors broadcast their live location to be found, with an active subscription or a founding-member spot.

Your account

• Keep your login credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information. Don't impersonate others.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account.

Vendors

• You're responsible for complying with all local laws, permits, and health/safety rules for what you sell and where you sell it. Cancha does not grant any right to vend in any location.
• Broadcast only your real, current location while actually selling. Don't post misleading listings.
• Age-restricted goods (alcohol, vape) require you and your buyers to meet the legal age (21+ in the US). You are solely responsible for verifying buyers' age at point of sale.

Community feed

Be decent. No harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, or illegal content. You own what you post, but grant us a licence to display it in the app. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules. You can delete your own posts.

Payments

• Vendor subscriptions are billed through Stripe or PayPal at the price shown (weekly or monthly) and renew until cancelled.
• Cancel anytime from the Account screen; access continues until the end of the paid period. Founding members broadcast free through the tournament window.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

No affiliation

Cancha Wars is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA or the World Cup. All team, tournament, and venue names belong to their respective owners.

As-is, and liability

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee a vendor will be present, accurate, or open. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cancha is not liable for transactions between fans and vendors, or for indirect or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
